1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed via the online shop of YOVRÉ, owner Johannes Hofer, Außerrain 22, 6167 Neustift im Stubaital, Austria.
2. Contract conclusion
Products displayed in the shop are not binding offers. By placing an order, the customer submits an offer. The contract is concluded upon order confirmation by e-mail.
3. Prices & VAT
All prices in EUR. According to §6 Abs 1 Z 27 UStG, no VAT is charged (Austrian small business regulation).
4. Shipping costs & delivery
Austria: freeEU: flat rate €10Delivery time: 1–3 business days handling + shipping time. For pre-orders, delivery extends according to production time.
5. Payment
Payments via Stripe (credit/debit card) or PayPal.
6. Retention of title
Goods remain the property of YOVRÉ until fully paid.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal (see Withdrawal Policy). Return costs are borne by the customer. Excluded: personalized items.
8. Warranty
Statutory warranty applies. No additional guarantee.
9. Jurisdiction
Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction: Innsbruck.
